This tonearm is in full working order and was recently removed from my Thorens TD 160 turntable.

The Turntable works. It was tested with only 1 channel. It played a record and I could hear the music. The RED RCA has been cut off and there is a nick in the power cord exposing the wire. The player needs servicing.

A newly developed butyl rubber sheet is used for the turntable seat. This suppresses the split resonance of the tone arm itself and also reduces the effects of vibration noise transmitted from the player cabinet and other parts.
